This notice covers the Unfakable holding website and its early-access list. The product is in development. This site does not accept files for Records or create Records.

What the signup stores

When you join the list, we store your email address, the role you choose if you provide one, and the time of your signup. These details are also included in an internal email notification.

Why we keep it

We use your signup to manage the early-access list and send the one launch email offered on this site. If you write to us, we use your message and contact details to respond to your request.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the signup list. Our hosting and email providers process signup notifications; those notifications are delivered to our Google-hosted business inbox.

Hosting providers also process technical information about web requests, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the site. We have not added advertising cookies, analytics scripts or tracking pixels to this page.

How long it is kept

Signup entries do not automatically expire. The list and internal notification emails are retained until removed. You can ask us to remove your signup by writing to [email protected] from the address you used to sign up.

Removal from the list does not itself erase provider security logs or backups. Those follow the relevant provider's retention processes.

Write to [email protected] to ask about your signup, correct it or request removal. Please do not include private files, account credentials or sensitive transaction details.
